The auditors interviewed managers and specialists of Engineering Office, Ore Mill, Technical Control Dept., Pelletizing Plant, Equipment Dept., After-Sale Support Dept., Railway Transport Dept., Metrology Lab. The auditing team also reviewed the necessary documentation.
BSI experts made note of the high competence level of representatives of these structural units in terms of process approach implementation, risk-oriented thinking, as well as maintenance, management and assurance of QMS processes and system efficiency in general.
Based on the positive results obtained the certification body confirmed the conformity of Lebedinskiy GOK QMS to requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and extended the certification for three years.
