On August 29, 2019 the meeting room of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) held a regular Meeting of the Expert Council of the State Commission on prevention of trafficking of industrial products. The Expert Council was formed in accordance with the decree of President of Russia Vladimir Putin in order to study issues related to prevention of illegal trafficking of industrial products and prepare expert opinions on the issue. The Expert Council consists of representatives of various industries in which share of counterfeit and illicit products is the highest. The meeting was attended by technical Director of LLC" Business Trend " Maxim Petrovich Polikarpov .
The agenda of the meeting chaired by the President Of the "Anticounterfeit" International Association Aslambek Akhmedovich Aslakhanov consisted of:
- Preparation of the Seventh "Anticounterfeit" International forum (A. A. Aslakhanov )
- First "Anticounterfeit" International Youth Forum (S. V. Kvasova )
- Prevention of counterfeiting in the community services sector (B. A. Lyubetsky)
- Prevention of illegal trafficking of brewing products: Opportunities for regulation and suggestions from market members (I.A. Fedorova)
- Implementation of mandatory certification of strategically improtant goods (L.A. Bondar)
- Implementation of a set of measures to improve legislation in tobacco products (M.V. Kurganskiy)
- Proposals for the revision of the Federal Aviation regulations in scop of evaluation of authenticity of aircraft components (V. Yu. Brusnikin / S.V. Koval)
- Amendments to Article 15 of Federal law dd. 27.07.2006 No. 149-FZ "On information, information technologies and information protection" regarding expansion of the list of the protected intellectual property entities (N. I. Zolotyh)
Among other things, possibilities to improve Council's effectiveness by active participation of members of the Expert Council in works aimed at solving the problem of illegal trafficking of industrial products.
