On March 26, the third meeting of the Expert Council of the State Commission on counterfeit industrial products was held. Maxim Petrovich Polikarpov, technical Director, represented the company at the meeting.
The main agenda of the meeting touched upon the formation of working groups of the expert Council, the definition of the rules of work of the expert Council, the Council's plans for 2018, as well as the reports of the members of the Council.
Presentations were made on various topics, in particular:
- accreditation and notification in Russia;
- training of personnel in scope of prevention of counterfeit products;
- legal changes in scope of prevention of counterfeit products;
- situations in certain industries, etc.

The Council was formed in accordance with presidential Decrees No. 31 of 23.01.2015. "On additional measures to prevent illegal trafficking of industrial products" and №461 dd. 07.09.2016 "On revision of Regulations of the State Commission on prevention of counterfeit industrial products circulation in Russian Federation region, approved by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of January 23, 2015 No. 31".
The expert Council of the State Commission on counterfeit in industrial products is a permanent Advisory body designed to promote the most effective implementation of the functions of the State Commission on counterfeit circulation of industrial products.
The Council consists of 130 experts who are heads and representatives of various companies, public organizations and research institutes: PJSC "Gazprom", PJSC "KAMAZ", PJSC "ROSBANK", PJSC "UTair Airlines", LLC "Cable Alliance Holding", "Union of entrepreneurs and Industrialists, international Association "Anti-Counterfeit", LLC "Business Trend", VNIIS, MEPhI and etc.
