The longest oil pipeline in the world is the Eastern oil pipeline ("Eastern Siberia – Pacific ocean"). Its total length from Taishet to Kozmino oil port in Nakhodka Bay is 4740 km. According to the project developed by the state company "Transneft", the capacity of the Eastern oil pipeline is about 80 million tons of oil per year. The Eastern Siberia – Pacific ocean pipeline consists of two stages: ESPO-1 and ESPO-2. The total cost of construction of ESPO-1 and ESPO-2 amounted to 623 billion rubles.
