PJSC "LUKOIL" launched a trial operation of 3 oil fields of Komandishorskaya Group in the Nenets Autonomous District (NAO): Komandishorskoe, Severno-Komandishorskoe and Zapadno-Komandishorskoe. All fields are located beyond the Arctic Circle, 40 km to the West of Kharyaginskoe field that is developed by LUKOIL. The initial recoverable reserves of the fields are estimated at 11 million tons. Production has started on all 3 geological structures. Extracted oil is transported by the winter road to the Central Oil & Gas Gathering Facility "Kharyaginsky" for further treatment.
The development project of Komandishorskaya Group of fields involves construction of:
⦁ oil and gas collection and treatment systems;
⦁ pipelines;
⦁ technical equipment for control, measuring units, separators and tanks;
⦁ creation of 35 kW overhead power transmission line and substation for power supply of field facilities.
Development of reserves on the territory of the NAO is one of the promising areas of PJSC LUKOIL's operations. In the coming years the company plans to start developing the neighbouring Severo-Mishvanskoe and Simbeyskoe fields.
