A new modern high-tech production of building structures is being built in Togliatti (Samara region). The plant "ZHBI Florkon" for production of precast concrete products from self-compacting concrete will be built on the territory of Togliatti Port. The total cost of the project is estimated at more than 600 million rubles. The owners of the future plant received an interest-free loan from the Single-Industry City Development Fund for the project. The loan amount was 249.5 million rubles, and another 244 million rubles were provided by the Industrial Development Fund at 3% per annum.
The first production line is planned to be launched in 2020. By 2024, the company's production capacity will reach 28,800 cubic meters of concrete products per year.
It is noted that the company's product line will include columns, beams, staircases, single - and three-layer wall panels, foundation cups and other precast concrete elements for industrial construction. The products are in demand by large industrial, warehouse and logistics real estate companies.
