Implementation of projects


Stage 1 - development of the gas part of the Yarakta oil, gas and condensate field, including the construction of a complex treatment plant for natural and associated petroleum gas with a capacity of 3.6 million cubic meters per day for raw materials. A 193-kilometer product pipeline was built from the Yarakta field (via the Markovskoye field) to the city of Ust-Kut; also there was built a complex for receipt, storage and shipping of liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) in the vicinity of this city and, in December 2018, all facilities were put into operation.
Stage 2 - since 2018, the construction of two integrated gas treatment plants at the Yarakta field with a total capacity of 12 million cubic meters per day for raw materials (in addition to the existing one) has been going on. A natural gas treatment plant with a capacity of 6 million cubic meters per day is being built at the Markovsky field for preparation and processing of gas from this field. At the same time, industrial development of the gas reserves of the Yarakta and Markovsky fields continues, including the gas collection & transportation system.
At stage 3, the first polymer production plant in Eastern Siberia and the Far East will be built. As part of the project to build the Irkutsk polymer plant, engineering survey work has begun on both the main site and infrastructure facilities. Completion of construction and commissioning is planned for 2023.

Power of Siberia is a main gas pipeline for gas supplies from Yakutia to Primorsky Krai and the countries of Asia-Pacific Region. A joint project of Gazprom and CNPC (China). The opening took place on December 2, 2019.
Length - 2159 km, pipe diameter - 1420 mm, working pressure - 9.8 MPa, export capacity - 38 billion cubic meters of gas per year. The cost of construction was initially estimated at 800 billion rubles, but was later revised to reach 1.1 trillion rubles.
The gas pipeline from the Chayandinsky field to Vladivostok is almost 4,000 km long. Part of the pipeline will run inside the integrated corridor along with the second part of the oil pipeline "Eastern Siberia — Pacific ocean". Together, these pipelines will feed the projected liquefied natural gas production plant, which will produce LNG for export to Japan and will supply raw materials for the projected petrochemical complex in the Primorsky Krai.
It is also planned to connect the gas pipeline to the Kovykta field in 2023.
The cost of construction was initially estimated at 800 billion rubles, but in 2018 it was revised to become1.1 trillion rubles. The total cost of infrastructure projects related to the gas pipeline (in particular, field development, construction of a gas processing plant) is estimated at $ 55 billion to $ 70 billion.
It is planned that in 2020, at least 5 billion cubic meters of gas will be delivered to China, in 2021 — 10 billion, in 2022 — 15 billion cubic meters of gas, the design capacity is to be achieved in 2025.

Amur GPP is a gas processing plant under construction near the city of Svobodny in the Amur Region. The project is owned by Gazprom. Construction started in October 2015. The design capacity (for processing) is 42 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year. The planned launch date is 2024.
