Incoming control of product at warehouses and intermediate bases

Incoming control at warehouses and intermediate bases is performed in order to evaluate product condition after its transportation (storage), check basic consumer characteristics of the product and make decision about its further use.

This procedure allows setting aside material & technical resources with quality non-conformance or damage due to transportation, handling, improper storage or maloperation. Our specialists identify the products, check their technical condition (incl. using various NDT techniques) and issue reports with conclusions about product suitability for use.

Incoming control includes:

  • Document, visual & instrumentation control for compliance with the range of products, quality and quantity of products;
  • Identification of product defects and their location;
  • Evaluation of product condition;
  • Issuance of the sheet / report (or any other documents as instructed by Customer) based on incoming product control results.
